[Bug 498498] Re: continue shipping of this package

The eclipse-pydev package was outdated and did not work with the eclipse
version in karmic. Instead of keeping a non-working version, we removed
it from the archive.

If we have a current working version of eclipse-pydev packaged, we will
bring this package back. Help is highly welcome.
