[Bug 499700] [NEW] The command for end-of-playlist for the song change plugin is not executed

Binary package hint: audacious

The Song Change plugin has the field for "Command to run when Audacious
reaches the end of the playlist." However this command does not run when
the playlist ends, nothing happens.

The reason is that the (apparently undocumented, based on
http://confluence.atheme.org/display/AUD/Hooks ) hook "playlist end
reached" is never called when the playlist finishes. The song change
plugin relies on this, so never gets the signal about the playlist
ending, and thus the command is never executed.

I've attached a patch which seems to fix the issue, at least for me.
