[Bug 500032] [NEW] cakephp doesn't install a default php5-<DB> package...

I'm not entirely sure of the strategy for cakephp packages.

Currently I've installed cakephp, and cakephp-scripts and it appears
that no default php<version>-<database> packge gets installed by
default.

I know it sounds pretty obvious that when installing cakephp, you need a
php version installed, however I expected something to tell me when I
installed cakephp and had forgotten (I know sad, huh?) to install
php5-mysql, or something equivalent.

if this isn't a bug for the package maintainers, then feel free to
disregard, but I figured I'd let someone know of my discomfort, and my
obvious lack of attention.
