'/usr/share/xfce4/doc/C/index.html' is shipped by xfce4-utils, so I
don't think it is related to xubuntu-docs.

Anyway, the issue is that the upstream documentation is outdated (xfce-
mcs-manager & co were used in Xfce 4.4, not in Xfce 4.6 anymore).
