I am not sure if I am suffering from the same bug but the result is the
same. I am unable to install lots plugins which renders Eclipse useless
to me. For example here is the error I get when trying to install
Eclipse Web Developer Tools from
http://download.eclipse.org/releases/ganymede/:

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency.

I both installed eclipse-pde and eclipse-jdt but the error stays the
same.
