Please sync mimms 3.2.1-1.1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

  * Call setup.py install with --install-layout=deb, fixes FTBFS
    (LP: #448624).

The same problem was addressed in Debian.

Changelog entries since current lucid version 3.2.1-1ubuntu1:

mimms (3.2.1-1.1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * debian/rules: append --prefix=/usr to DESTDIR, so it will be passed
    by make to underlying setup.py (Closes: #557910).
