Binary package hint: libgtk2-trayicon-perl

The latest Ubuntu change is merged into Debian, so it's fine to sync. It
builds fine in jaunty pbuilder.

libgtk2-trayicon-perl (0.06-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * Take over for the Debian Perl Group on maintainer's request
    (http://lists.debian.org/debian-perl/2008/12/msg00163.html)
  * Add debian/watch.
  * Add me to uploaders, remove old maintainer(s)
  * New upstream release (Closes: #481557)
  * install TODO
  * debhelper 7
  * policy 3.8.0
  * machine readable copyright format
  * use xvfb-run for the tests
