[Bug 330527] [NEW] Support for OneTimePassword logins (wish)

Binary package hint: gstm

Gstm is doing great, but the lack for a tighter integration with the
opiekey program makes a bit annoying to use when connecting to remote
servers using this authentification system. It would be nice if it
silently called the opiekey program instead, and poped-up a window for
entering the passphrase.
