[Bug 334572] [NEW] C-h r doesn't open the emacs manual

Binary package hint: emacs-snapshot

there seems to be some kind of problem with locating the emacs info file in the snapshot packages.
C-h K doesn't work either...

In the standard emacs packages this work...
