[Bug 314123] [NEW] bugzilla3 skin support broken

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: bugzilla3

Bugzilla3 does support skins.
However, using the official docs and placing e.g. FlatGreen style under "web/skins/contrib/FlatGreen" does not work.
You can not choose this skin, only classic is available.
I guess this is a "repackaging" problem because using the official bundle (not the ubuntu package) this skin does work.
