[Bug 315670] [NEW] "Server Settings" window too small.

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: seamonkey

The "server settings" window does not show all the imformation. The "OK"
button is not visible and I cannot scroll to make it visible. I'm using
a netbook computer with a 1024 x 600 display.

Furthermore, I noticed a similar problem when trying to remotely access
notebook with a more normal sized display.

This problem shows up in Ubuntu 8.04 and 8.10. The application is
Seamonkey 1.1.12. Thanks.
