I support this comment,  version 0.9.6 fixes a lot of bugs reported in
Launchpad. The author aanswers even Ubuntuforums to help users ( i.e.
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=965695&page=2 ) and some bugs
are known to be solved in 0.9.6 version. With 0.9.3 x11vnc is buggy, for
example, to access througth web.

The "-reopen" option is a feature that will save a lot of headaches.
