[Bug 317688] [NEW] ecb breaks customize

Binary package hint: ecb

"M-x customize" works fine with a clean emacs install (and no emacs
setup)

Running "M-x ecb-activate" starts up ecb as expected, however running
any customize command (customize/customize-group/customize-appropos
etc.) causes a new empty buffer to be created, with the name you would
expect for that buffer, however the actual customize ui is dumped into
whatever the currently open buffer was, so the customize buffer is
empty, and it instead actually modifies whatever file you had open.
