[Bug 284124] Re: pressing up arrow causes the screenshot program to run

- T61p, Intrepid with latest updates. 
- Doesn't happen all the time. Seems like it has something to do with the bootup process since when it shows up, it does so right after logging in. Other times, it doesn't show up.
