[Bug 319820] [NEW] ubuntu 8.10 - gstreamer - totem - internal data stream error

Binary package hint: gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly

totem stops playback and gives the error "internal data stream error"
when performing a seek on WMV files.

the bug is with gstreamer 0.10 and is outlined here:

i've noticed this on multiple WMV files.
