[Bug 320202] [NEW] gnome-panel freeze when adding glipper (jaunty alpha 3)

Public bug reported:

gnome-panel freeze when adding glipper.
when I restart the xserver, the panel that I was adding glipper to is missing.

I then stopped the xserver:
sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop

ctl alt F1 into a console

mv ~/.gconf/apps/panel ~/.gconf/apps/panel.suspect

sudo /etc/init.d/gdm start

Then a default panel is back.

For future debugging i have a backup of my ~/.gconf/ folder so i dont
loose all my settings if i try add glipper when a bug fix comes through.

For now using:
sudo apt-get install parcellite
