[Bug 321989] Re: "Create a new key" wrongly refers to PGP instead of OpenPGP

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.  I agree that it makes more sense to refer to the type of
key being created, which on Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid) says "PGP key".  I
will mark this bug Confirmed.
