Thank you for reporting this bug and helping making ubuntu better. There
has been a number of fixes in Jaunty, the new development version and we
would like to identify bugs that still remain there. Could you try to
boot from a recent daily-live CD-image that you can find in
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/ and see if you can reproduce the
bug there?
