i have confirmed the bug.

simple fix for the problem:

open midori from Applications->Internet, then go to
Edit/Preferences/Behavior and change location-entry-search from:

location-entry-search=http://www.google.com/search/?q=%s

to:

location-entry-search=http://www.google.com/search?q=%s
