Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compizconfig-settings-manager

Ever since I upgraded to jaunty compizconfig-settingsmanager has had no
effect on my system. When I first found this problem I thought it was
something to do with compiz itself because my windows never had any
decoration. However, I discovered that if I edit the compiz wrapper file
(/usr/bin/compiz) and explicitly list all the plugins I want to use it
is fine. When I don't list any plugins, compiz only initializes the core
plugin. This is why I think it's a problem with ccsm. I've attached my
wrapper file.

** Affects: compizconfig-settings-manager (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
