SFCB 1.3.4 was released a couple of weeks ago. This is a bugfix release.
SFCB 1.3.x users are encouraged by upstream to upgrade.

New features:
- wbemcat: Updated to support multiple protocols
- Inverse xmltests in .lines files
- Prereq checks for individual xml tests
- Allow the client trust store to be a directory
- 2804331 Reduce logging verbosity
