[Bug 394383] [NEW] [karmic] Depends on broken libgnokii3, which is superseded

Public bug reported:

Karmic includes a never version of gnokii, 0.6.27.dfsg-2, rather than 0.6.26.dfsg-3. Unfortunately opensync-plugin-gnokii depends on libgnokii3, which is why that old library is still included. 
However, libgnokii3 is not part of the gnokii 0.6.27.dfsg-2 source package and cannot be installed because it demands an older version of gnokii-common.

Instead of including an older version of the library, opensync-plugin-
gnokii should be built against libgnokii4.
