Please sync epcr 2.3.12-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The patch for the FTBFS with GCC 4.4 has been applied by upstream, we can sync this safely now.

epcr (2.3.12-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release buildable with GCC 4.4 (Closes: #504849)
  * Version number updated in debian/rules.
  * debian/copyright refreshed to my latest exploration of the
    machine-readable format. 
  * Added a BibTeX reference in debian/reference.
