[Bug 394996] [NEW] "Docked" kppp exits/closes when "Details" window is closed

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kde4network

Docked KPPP behaves differently than undocked kppp when 'Details' window
[graph, speed etc.] is closed.

How to reproduce:

1. create a dialup account
2. in KPPP->Configure...->Misc-> [X] Dock into panel on connect <=please enable this
3. click ok 
4. click "connect"
5. it will say "looking for modem, modem ready, logging on to network and *docks*into*tray*
6. here, Right-Click on KPPP's docked icon and choose "Details"; a window appears with modem and line graphs.
7. click on Close button [x] Top Right on the Window Manager (NOT the Close button at the bottom)
8. We can see that as soon as we click Close button on the kwin titlebar, kppp crashes/exits.

Expected behavior:
1. The details window should not trigger a crash/exit on to the main kppp window, leaving pppd service running in the background.
