[Bug 395638] [NEW] "µ" in µTorrent.desktop is shown as <?>Torrent.desktop

Binary package hint: kde4libs

using wine, when we install µTorrent (www.utorrent.com), we get
µTorrent.lnk and µTorrent.desktop on the desktop. But, the "µ" character
is shown as ? mark on the desktop/filemanager (dolphin). We can't
rename, move, delete, or trash the ?Torrent.desktop.

Expected behavior:
special characters/unicode characters should appear/work as regular text characters. thanks.
