[Bug 387063] Re: "desktop switcher" sometimes moves wallpaper, sometimes not

OK, I found a very easy way to reproduce :
- launch ccsm
- disable "desktop switcher" plugin
- re-enable it

Then switch desktop : the wallpaper moves !
