That is not the official repo or even unofficial repo.  That is fta's ppa.  You are running a pre version of Firefox 3.5.1.
The unofficial (Mozilla Team official) Mozilla Security repo is here:
https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-mozilla-security/+archive/ppa

It has Firefox 3.5 for Jaunty.  As soon as the final version hits the
Jaunty universe repo, I will do further testing.
