I tried to reload Default tools but it didn't solve the problem.

Meanwhile, I found that compilation works in case of a new file. It is
only when I work with a previous kile project done before that
compilation failed. I tried to selected the project option, complation
was already set on global option, but I force it again and then it
works.

so now problem is solved, but I think it is still a bug in the kile
application that option has to be reenabled to work !
