This is a problem with the User Agent. When I changed it from Shiretoko
to Firefox, it worked.

Workaround is to install the user agent switcher extension and create a
"Firefox" user agent.

** Changed in: firefox-3.5 (Ubuntu)
   Importance: Undecided => Low

** Changed in: firefox-3.5 (Ubuntu)
       Status: Incomplete => Confirmed

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: firefox-3.5

  http://www.dailymotion.com/openvideodemo doesn't work, asks you to
  download firefox 3.5

  works fine in windows version of firefox.

  I'd guess its either because of a lack of support in firefox-3.5 package
  or perhaps because of user agent issues.
