[Bug 396759] [NEW] Required upstream update for zrtp ietf interop

Public bug reported:

upstream 1.4.5 update is required to achieve full interoperability of
ZRTP under the published IETF key-exchange protocol.  This is related to
Twinkle interoperability with zphone and SIP Communicator, the latter of
which already was updated to GNU ZRTP 4J 1.4.5 some time ago.
