Can you sync ddclient 3.8.0-4 from Debian unstable?

Up to 3.8.0-3 (current version in karmic) there was an annoying bug, the daemon init script didn't take care of the pid file, and the pid variable had to be passed in the /etc/ddclient.conf file:

It has been fixed in this version:
   * Pass pidfile path via ddclient command line instead of configuring it in
     the configuration file (closes: #534974).
