[Bug 397081] [NEW] Needed patch from upstream needed for couchdb GNOME desktop integration

Public bug reported:

For the Evolution CouchDB backend to have write support, I had to send
some patches upstream, which I had to add to my PPA's packages for the
demos at GCDS to work. Attached patch contains the changes from the
previous package in Karmic needed for this to work.
