Очень серьезный баг, пробовал в UTF-8 и cp1251 , контакту приходят
кракозябры вместо кириллицы от отправителя, для которого он невидим.

Very serious bug imho... Tried to set either UTF-8 or cp1251, anyway
contact gets unrecognizeable symbols instead of cyrillic text when it's
invisible for sender-contact.
