[Bug 382436] Re: On first-launch of Kile, no icons are visible within menu

I also have this bug, except that my icons did not appear on restart.  I
have a fresh installation of ubuntu 9.04, 64 bit version.  I haven't
installed KDE, just Kile and whatever its dependencies are in Synaptic.

I tried moving the files as noted above but it didn't make any
difference.
