[Bug 397376] [NEW] xdg-open should use gvfs-open on Gnome

Binary package hint: xdg-utils

xdg-open currently uses gnome-open on Gnome. However, gnome-open mangles
some URI's (eg, ghelp: and mailo:) due to GFile roundtrips, leading to
bugs such as bug 259945.

gvfs-open avoids the GFile round trips by using
g_app_info_launch_uris(), and passing the raw URI commandline arguments.
