a lot of errors in .xsession-errors:

(awn:20360): Gdk-CRITICAL **: gdk_region_destroy: assertion `region !=
NULL' failed

The same problem with the version from:

http://ppa.launchpad.net/awn-testing/ppa/ubuntu
