[Bug 398719] [NEW] Freeciv auto-attack option does not work

Binary package hint: freeciv-client-gtk

The auto-attack option no longer works in Freeciv. Military units in
cities should be able to go into auto-attack mode by pressing A, but
this option is not shown at all.
