Vanguard is another high profile site that parses the user agent when it
shouldn't. Example:
https://personal.vanguard.com/us/accounttypes/advice/ATSAdviceOnAssetMgmtContent.jsp
fails to load flash content for "Shiretoko/3.5" variants but works for
"Firefox/3.5" variants.
