N7DR, the bug has been resolved by no longer advertising epub support,
not by including epub support unfortunately. The reason for this is, so
that this package, which is in the main repository, does not depend on a
package in the universe repository (see
https://bugs.launchpad.net/kdegraphics/+bug/277007). A possible solution
for this would be to create a new okular-extra-backends-universe package
that contains epub and chmlib support (chm support was removed for the
same reason - introducing a universe dependency).
