[Bug 399719] [NEW] Remove classworlds build dependency on maven-ant-helper

Public bug reported:

classworlds uses maven-ant-helper build.xml rules in its build.xml.
However it does not make use of any of the more advanced maven-ant-
helper features (modello, resources generation, junit testing) so it is
quite easy to rewrite its build.xml to avoid this dependency.

classworlds should move to main as a runtime dependency of groovy, which
is a build/run dependency of Eucalyptus. Removing the maven-ant-helper
build-dependency from classworlds saves at least 8 MIRs.
