[Bug 401139] [NEW] Playback at double speed after re-opening file

Public bug reported:

I did some editing on a mpg movie file, saved it and closed it. When I
re-opened the file and played it, it played in double speed mode. I
don´t know where to adjust the playback speed.

I am using Kubuntu 9.04 and PiTiVi v0.11.3
