[Bug 401428] [NEW] compiz shiver map effect error with dark themes

In Ubuntu 9.04, when enabling wobbly windows in Compiz and setting map
effect to "shiver", if using a dark theme such as "Dust", when selecting
a menu item there is a flicker of a white border around the menu when it
appears.
