Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: trac

Uploading file attachments to tickts, wiki pages etc. fails WITHOUT ANY
error message.

Deleting file attachments from tickets, wike pages etc. fails with the
following error message:

<error>
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'data' referenced before assignment
</error>

The latter message leads to following tickets on the Edgewall Trac-page:
http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/8305 is signed as duplicate of
http://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/7876 which has a patch attached. First ticket recommends upgrading to Trac >= 0.11.3.

BASIC CHECKS PERFORMED:

- Running Trac via Apache, checked appropriate file permissions: www-data user has r/w access on "attachment" filesystem of trac project.
- Checked Apache logs. Nothing suspicious.
- Checked Trac logs. Nothing suspicious.
