[Bug 401915] [NEW] only shows flag with question marks on it [patch included]

Expect it to show the flag for the current keyboard.
Instead, it shows a flag with question marks for the default keyboard and proper flag for some alternate keyboards. (If I do "setxkbmap -option grp:switch,grp:alts_toggle,grp_led:scroll us,cz", it shows the proper flag for cz but not for us, if I do "setxkbmap us,hu" it shows neither.)

Patch included, it fixes it, doesn't seem to have any side effects.
