[Bug 402056] [NEW] libghc6-parallel-dev is uninstallable on Karmic

libghc6-parallel-dev is uninstallable in karmic :

     libghc6-parallel-dev: Depends: ghc6 (< 6.10.1+dfsg1+) but 6.10.3-3ubuntu1 is to be installed

The problem is that the package was built with the old version of the
compiler (ghc6-6.10.1+dfsg1) and needs to be rebuilt with the new
version of the compiler (ghc6-6.10.3).
