[Bug 403337] [NEW] apt-get build-dep doesn't install every packages for kwave

on 9.04 there is a problem with

sudo apt-get build-dep kwave

it doesn't install :

sudo apt-get install libasound2-dev libfftw3-dev

(for the latest version 0.8.3-2 you need of  libsamplerate0-dev too..)
