Please sync coherence 0.6.4-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Upstream neglected to install the coherence binary into /usr/bin, and
also did not consider the upgrade path during the major overhaul of the
packaging.  These changes have been included by the upstream maintainer.

Note that I have per-package upload permissions for coherence.

coherence (0.6.4-3) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added Conflicts/Replaces/Provides field to debian/control to account for
