[Bug 404354] [NEW] Package removal leaves php-cli configuration broken

Public bug reported:

After removing php5-xdebug from the system with apt-get, a file is not
removed correctly.

/etc/php5/cli/conf.d/xdebug.ini is left on the system and the following
error occurs when php is run from the command line:

Failed loading /usr/lib/php5/20060613/xdebug.so:
/usr/lib/php5/20060613/xdebug.so: cannot open shared object file: No
such file or directory

     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
