[Bug 404920] [NEW] audacity menu icon looks very bad on dark background

Binary package hint: audacity

The audacity menu icon used to have a white background, which was
replaced with transparency to look better on dark backgrounds (Bug
#2396)

However, the replacement still looks very bad on a dark background (e.g.
dust theme) due to its rough, white edges.
