Please sync idzebra 2.0.40-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Please sync the latest version from debian unstable as they have updated their package to the latest upstream version and previous ubuntu change was 
just a rebuild.

  * New Upstream Version
  * debian/control: bump Standard-Version (no change needed)
